Salt haze, dust and water spots build up on your glass and take the view with them. Our team cleans exterior windows, frames and sills with water-fed poles and purified water, so no detergent touches the pane and every one dries spot-free. Upper storeys are reached from the ground, for homes, businesses and strata properties across Sydney.
We clean from the ground using a carbon-fibre water-fed pole and purified water. Because the water carries no dissolved minerals, the glass dries without spotting and needs no squeegee or detergent — which also means no ladders leaning on your gutters, sills or garden beds.

Windows are the one part of your home's exterior you look through rather than at. Clearing the film of dust, salt and pollution off the glass lets more daylight into living areas, sharpens the view from every room and lifts the look of the building from the street. Frames, sills and tracks are cleaned at the same time, so the whole opening looks right.

Glass shows everything the air carries. Salt off the harbour and the ocean, road grit, spring pollen and sprinkler overspray settle into a fine film, and rain smears that film rather than rinsing it away. It builds up slowly enough that you stop noticing, until the outlook your windows were built to frame has quietly gone flat.

Purified water is fed up a telescopic pole to a brush head held against the glass. The water is filtered through resin to remove the minerals that cause spotting, so the pane is scrubbed, rinsed and left to dry on its own with no detergent and no squeegee marks.
Yes. The pole reaches upper storeys from ground level, which keeps ladders off your garden beds and away from the roof edge. Where a window cannot be reached safely from the ground, we will point that out before we start rather than after.
The outside of the glass, along with the frames and sills, because clean glass in a grubby frame still reads as dirty. We work from outside the building, so if you would like interior glass looked at as well, mention it when you call on 1300 055 935.
Twice a year works for most homes. What shortens the cycle is whatever sits outside the pane rather than where the house is: a sprinkler that hits the glass, a busy road, a large gum overhead, or a frontage open to the wind off the water. Book the second clean heading into summer, when you notice the glass most.
Light mineral marks generally come away with the clean. Where a sprinkler or a run-off point has been hitting the same pane for years, the minerals can etch into the surface and no wash will lift that, so we will tell you plainly which marks are dirt and which are in the glass itself.
An outdoor tap for the purified water system, unlocked side gates, and enough clear ground beneath each window for the pole to be worked from below. Balconies, courtyards and narrow side passages are the usual sticking points, so mention them when you book. Windows stay closed while we work.
